Peter Francis Mullins (Director)

Mr Mullins has over 40 years banking experience in Australia and New York, USA. Over the past 30 years, he has specialised in Institutional and Corporate Finance across a broad range of industries, including resources, defence, infrastructure, property, agriculture and energy. He is experienced in financing mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, IPO’s and leveraged buyouts, as well as structured finance and capital raisings.

Mr Mullins retired as Head of Institutional Banking SA&NT with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in January 2009 to take up his present part time role as Senior Advisor, Institutional and Corporate Banking for the Commonwealth Bank in SA&NT.

He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at the University of Melbourne – Mt Eliza, in 1987.
