The northern portion of PEP 151 covers portions of  the Early Cretaceous Tantanoola and Ardonachie Troughs where three leads have been identified.

However the prospective area is predominately located within an area denoted as high conservation value and further seismic acquisition may not be feasible.  Subject to further evaluation of environmental considerations, seismic acquisition is planned for the first quarter of 2012.
